Our inventory changes frequently. We do not guarantee that any item displayed on our website is available at the time of purchase. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances outside our control.
7. Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following circumstances:
• The item arrives damaged in shipping — you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damage
• The item received is significantly not as described — you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery with a description of the discrepancy
In qualifying cases, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. To initiate a claim under these exceptions, please contact us at info@southeastcases.com within the timeframe stated above.
8. Warranties
South East Cases, Inc. does not provide any warranty on products sold. All products are sold as-is. Some new products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Any such warranty is provided solely by the manufacturer and is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. We make no representations regarding the availability or scope of any manufacturer warranty.
